Terms and conditions of The Naked House promotion:
The promoters are The Naked House CC.
Contestants may enter the competition and stand a chance to win a home makeover valued at R50 000 by SMSing the word 'Home' to 36992 as contained on the promotional advertisement.
Contestants may enter the competition as many times as they wish.
Entries received from contestants after 1 January 2009 for the first The Naked House campaign will entitle contestants automatic entry into the second The Naked House campaign.
The competition closes on 31 December 2008.
The winning contestants shall be drawn by way of a lucky draw 31 January 2009.
To enter the competition will cost contestants R5 per SMS.
Winners will be published on www.thenakedhouse.co.za.
The winners will be contacted on their cell phone numbers used to enter the competition.
The winning contestants shall be the people who are randomly drawn and the lawful users of such mobile phone numbers from which the text message was sent. The winning contestants will be contacted on the winning mobile phone numbers and will be obliged to satisfy the promoters that they are entitled to the prize by providing a Valid ID book, Passport and Cell Phone Sim card. If the winning contestants are not able to provide proof, the prize shall proceed to the next random draw.
If for any reason the winning contestants cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, the prize will go to the next number drawn.
The promoter will announce and contact the winners at its discretion.
The judge's decision is final.
Staff and family of the promoter/s and all affiliated companies are prohibited from entering the competition.
The Promoters reserve the right to terminate this competition immediately and without notice.
In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no right of recourse against the promoter and its affiliated company's.
The promoters and their associated company's, agents, partners and sponsors shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever arising from an entrant's participation in the competition.
The winners will be required to attend the prize giving ceremony as well as be photographed and identified in any media in which the competition receives exposure in order to be legible for the prize and for future marketing initiatives.
Entry is open to anyone, 18 or over, except any director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to anyone associated with the Promoter or its affiliated companies.
In the event of any dispute arising from the competition, the promoters may, at their sole and absolute discretion, be able to nominate a 3rd independent party to adjudicate and decide upon any issues arising from such dispute. Such party's decision will be final and binding upon all participants. The promoter's, organizers and judges will be not obliged to give reasons for their decisions or to enter into correspondence in connection therewith.
The main prize in respect of each draw will be a home makeover valued at R50 000.
This promotion complies with section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 and is open to all South African residents. Changes to section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997 may necessitate changes to the terms and conditions of the competition.
